Room rates $97.00 room per day, resort room with two double beds, up to 5 guests in room. Condo rates $195.00 per day (2 bedroom) and $290.00 per day (3 bedroom). $20 higher for king bed or specific room type/location. Room/condo subject to MO State Sales Tax of 6.725% (unless proof of exemption provided) and NON-EXEMPT Lodging tax of 3 %. Tipping on an individual basis.

Reservations must be received no later than Feb. 26, 2008. Reservations will be accepted and confirmed up to the opening day of the conference providing accommodations are still available. Reservations run from 4:00pm on day of arrival to 11:00am on day of departure. Any cancellation or change notice must reach our office 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty.
